Refund / Return Policy

We want you to adore your plushies and stuffed animals from Adorbs Plushies, and we're committed to providing top-notch quality products.

If, for any reason, you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 6 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly give you a refund or exchange. Just remember:

  • Items must be returned within 6 days of arrival.
  • Items should be in their original condition.
  • Make sure all original tags are still attached.

Steps to Return

  1. Email our team at with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and your reasoning for returning an item (defective item, size issue, unwanted or unopened item).
  2. Package the item in its original packaging.
  3. Send the item back to the address we provide via email.
  4. Once our team receives your returned parcel we will begin processing your refund.
  5. Your refund may take up to 10 working days from the date of receiving your returned parcel

Are you illegible for Return?

To be eligible for a refund and return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and must be in its original packaging.

The return cost is non-refundable. All returns must be sent back to either our CA address or our logistic partner's address with prior authorisation.

All refunds are subject to a 5% processing & handling fee for each item being refunded. This will be deducted from your refunded amount.

If you choose to exchange the returned item for another item, you will not be charged this 5% fee.

Other Information

Restocking Fees

If you return a product in good condition within 5 working days of receiving it, we'll apply a restocking fee of 5% of the item price, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returning an unwanted item

Unwanted items cannot be returned after 5 days of receiving them. To return an unwanted item, it must be undamaged and unused.

You'll need to arrange a courier to send the parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service.
You'll cover the expense of returning unwanted items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive the returned parcel in its original condition, we'll issue a refund. Please note that all refunds are subject to a 5% processing & handling fee per refunded item, unless you're exchanging it for another item or coupon.

Defective or damaged item

If you receive a defective item, please email us within 5 business days of receiving it. Provide your order number, the product name, and attach photos of the damaged item.
Do not return damaged items until we instruct you to do so. We'll cover return shipping costs for valid defective claims if items are returned via the advised postage service. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other shipping methods.

If you suspect transit damage, contact us within 2 business days of the parcel's arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to a 5% bank processing & handling fee per cancelled item, deducted from your refund.
You can make changes or cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, we'll have already begun preparing your order.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, email us with your Order ID and a photo of the wrong item.

Parcel Not Arrived

If your order is still in transit after 90 business days, we'll offer to reship missing items. Email us within 90 days to be eligible for a reshipment.

Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of postal services. We ask for your patience due to unexpected delays.

Special Occasion Orders

We can't guarantee timely delivery for special occasions like parties or holidays.
Please plan and purchase inadvance to ensure your plushie arrives when you need it.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your items, we'll investigate with our logistics team.

We don't offer refunds for lost items but may offer a reshipment after investigation.
