What size of my plushies should I choose?
This is a fairly common question and in all honesty, there is no “right” size! This is completely up to you. Though we do find that the bigger sizes are definitely more satisfying to cuddle. When choosing a plushie size it's always good to imagine how big it will be in real life before purchasing our plushies.
Why does my plushies have wrinkles and lumps?
Some of our plushies are enormous, so to be able to ship it across the world, we have to vacuum pack it. Therefore, they may have wrinkles and lumps when you first take them out of the packet. But don’t worry – these wrinkles will ease out the longer our Kawaiies plush is out of its bag. Remember to give it a good shake and pat down to let the lumps ease out as well!
Should I wash my plushies?
Yes, here's how to keep your Adorbs Plushie clean and cozy:
- Use the gentlest cycle on your washing machine with cold water and mild detergent.
- If needed, consider using a product like Lysol Laundry Sanitizer for disinfecting.
- For extra protection, place your plushie in a launderable mesh bag or duvet cover during washing.
- Air-dry your plushie or use a hairdryer on low heat to fluff up the fur once it's damp.

Our plushies are filled with High Quality PP Cotton so be sure to experience the softest and squishiest plushie.

When do you ship my parcel?
Shipping takes around 3 business days needed to get your order ready to ship.

In most cases, your parcel will be delivered within the estimated times shown below.

Where is Adorbs Plushies based and where do we ship from?
We're a CA based company. We are an International Team composed of over 70 experts from 8 countries. We manufacture our products in Asia.
Where do I add my discount/coupon code?
If you are on a mobile device you can add your discount code after you click the 'Checkout' button on the cart page. Once you are at the checkout process press the button labelled 'Order detail & discount' at the top of the page. This also applies to gift cards.
If you are on a computer or laptop you can simply add your discount code after you click the 'Checkout' button on the cart page. On the right hand side you will see your order summary and a box for your discount code. This also applies to gift cards.
My credit/debit card keeps declining?
